DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From North US 1 - ( US 1 to Sebastian ) Main Street crosses US 1 take a right on to Main Street go one mile and you will see a post office on your left. Take the immediate left after the post office (Powerline Road). Pelican Isles Apartments is on your left as you go down Powerline Road.

From South US 1 - ( US 1 to Sebastian ) Main Street crosses US 1 take a left on to Main Street go one mile and you will see a post office on your left. Take the immediate left after the post office (Powerline Road). Pelican Isles Apartments is on your left as you go down Powerline Road.

From I 95 - 95 to exit 156 Sebastian/Fellsmere go right towards Sebastian Route 512 take 512 to US 1. Go left on US 1 to Main Street. Main Street crosses US 1 take a left on to Main Street go one mile and you will see a post office on your left. Take the immediate left after the post office (Powerline Road). Pelican Isles Apartments is on your left as you go down Powerline Road.

About Sebastian, FL


The City of Sebastian, Florida is located in Indian River County approximately midway through the east coast of the Florida Peninsula between Melbourne and Vero Beach in an area known as the Treasure Coast. It is recognized as the home of Pelican Island, the first designated wildlife refuge in the United States, a Millennium City, and a Tree City USA.

The City of Sebastian was first incorporated as the Town of Sebastian in 1924. Current population is approximately 22,000. The City has seen rapid growth in the past several years and it is anticipated to continue.
